Most builders will need questions answering from our team or may want to make amendments on your drawings after conducting surveys. If you don’t take out project management, make sure you add aftercare to you quote.

We know that time is of the essence when it comes to build requests, made either before or during the build and so when you contact us we promise to give you a response on your project in less than 24 hours.

Our ‘Aftercare Package’  covers the following services:

• 24h (working day) response time for up to 3 enquires
• Up to 6h of extra drafting time useful if there are any drawing changes
• Up to 3h of engineering work for minor adjustments
• 1 x 30 minute Zoom meeting to discuss any topics
• 4 work day guarantee delivery for the above drawings
